- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate goods like underwear or swimwear (if applicable).
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

- If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, first check your bank account again.
